Crimping
Crimping creates mechanically secure, gas-tight electrical connections between conductors and contacts. Modern manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic crimping equipment, together with regular cross-section analysis in our own laboratory, ensures a high level of process reliability and long-term stability. Our extensive range of tools allows us to meet customer-specific requirements flexibly while maintaining consistently high quality.
Soldering
Soldering joins conductors and contacts into reliable electrical units using precise thermal joining techniques. Modern soldering equipment and lead-free processes ensure excellent electrical conductivity and durable connections. Regular quality checks and trained specialists maintain a high level of process stability and long-term durability.
Compacting & ultrasonic welding
Compacting and ultrasonic welding create reliable, vibration-resistant and gas-tight connections between individual conductors. Our modern ultrasonic technology ensures consistently high connection quality without additives or solder. Regular quality checks and precise process control ensure excellent electrical conductivity and lasting stability.
Hotmelt moulding
Hotmelt moulding protects sensitive cable connections and components against external influences such as moisture, dust and mechanical stress. Precisely dispensed thermoplastic moulding compounds provide fast setting, lasting sealing and excellent insulation properties.
Injection moulding
Using injection moulding, we overmould cables, connectors and components to create robust connections tailored to the application. We produce both custom connector geometries and standard designs, including M8 and M12 connectors.
Coiled cables
Our coiled cables provide reliable, flexible connections for demanding applications requiring mobility and tidy cable management. Their characteristic shape combines extensibility with restoring force, enabling efficient use of space and organised work areas. With individual customisation options, our coiled cables are well suited to industry, medical technology and mobility applications.
3D printing
